Food for breakfast: More variety would improve the experience.

This cozy spot is where I return every weekend. Staff found my lost bracelet on my first visit, making me a loyal guest. With Wi-Fi, free parking, 24-hour reception, skiing, massage. A true gem!

They drove us around when needed and even rescued my lost laptop, top-notch service. the free coffee milk after soaking in the onsen was a nice touch, and with the convenience of onsite ski rental and shuttle services, we were sorted. !

stayed in the executive suite at sierra resort, spacious and comfy for family. private onsen lacked bathing area, but public onsen was lovely. free wine and snacks in the evening, plus complementary green curry and miso soup, a nice touch after skiing. enjoyed the shuttle service to all ski resorts and dinner spots. accommodating for families, with special amenities and activities for kids.

The room at Hotel Sierra Resort Hakuba was so cozy with its warm wooden furniture and the bathtub on the balcony adding a touch of luxury. As an oldie, I felt right at home.

The ski storage facilities could use some improvement, but that's just me.

I had the pleasure of staying at Sierra Resort Hakuba in Hakuba for a business trip, as chosen by our director. the beautiful location and resort truly impressed me, offering a serene setting for relaxation. the breakfast was diverse and delicious, providing a great start to each day. the onsen experience was exceptional, one of the best in Hakuba, and a perfect way to unwind after a busy day.

One minor issue I encountered was the limited food options, with the main restaurant consistently fully booked.

Attentive and generous staff, spacious lobby with nice view, spacious rooms, delicious breakfast and snacks, convenient parking, reasonable ski rental prices.

It was all superb.

We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary wine and snacks offered between 4 pm and 9 pm at the lounge. the onsen experience was truly remarkable. the ski rental and locker services were excellent. We enjoyed our meal at the Sierra restaurant. I highly suggest this resort.

The location of the hotel is not ideal for solo female travelers. It is away from the town center, and there are no other restaurants nearby at night, making it difficult to find food without a car or taxi. Additionally, the hotel is not near any other attractions or points of interest, limiting the options for activities outside of the hotel grounds.

The internet accessibility at the hotel is weak, especially during heavy snowfall. This can be frustrating for guests, especially those who rely on internet connectivity for communication or work purposes.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was just perfect, as it was situated in a quiet hill away from the town center, but still conveniently located outside the "central" area. The service here was impeccable, especially the housekeeping and laundry services. The complimentary shuttle service was a great bonus, making it easy for me to explore the surrounding areas. The ski equipment hire was also top-notch, with everything in perfect condition. The room amenities were excellent, with heating and air conditioning ensuring my comfort throughout my stay. The terrace provided a lovely space to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The staff on account of the unforgettable service we received, especially from Josh and his team. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of amazing.

I highly recommend this place to everyone.

The free pick-up and drop-off service offered was convenient. the friendliness of the staff was a highlight of the trip. They also served delicious light meals that left us wanting more. the spacious rooms made us feel right at home.

The location was a bit inconvenient and far from town. the shuttle bus timings were not always suitable for us, making it hard to plan dinner reservations around.
