I had a pleasant stay at Art Hotel Miyazaki Sky Tower. The location was convenient, just a short walk from Miyazaki Station and the main shopping district. The customer service was lacking. The staff seemed to favor guests who spoke Japanese, leaving those who did not feel ignored and excluded.
