The TV provided entertainment and the complimentary shampoo and body wash were a nice touch. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to tram stops and a scenic park for a leisurely walk to the city center. Although the lack of a bar or comfortable sitting area downstairs was a minor inconvenience, the friendly staff made up for it by providing a fridge stocked with drinks. Despite the absence of hotel parking, the overall experience at this reasonably-priced hotel was excellent, with large, comfortable rooms and always-available coffee in the foyer. The only drawback was the limited hot food choices at breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and convenient location.

The hotel's location in a neighborhood that is quite OK, close to the center, and very close to tram stops was incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing useful information and 24-hour coffee and biscuits. The breakfast offered a great selection and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

The location of the hotel was great, it was in a quiet area and close to the main shopping center. The room size was also a positive aspect, it was spacious and comfortable. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The room on the top floor was not pleasant, the low ceiling made it feel cramped and there was no real cupboard in the room. We also had a lot of noise coming from our neighbor even though they weren't being loud.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, close to plenty of amazing bars, restaurants, and a train station. We loved the tea and coffee facilities available in the lobby and the fresh buffet breakfast. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

The walls were too thin, and we could hear late arrivals in the middle of the night which woke us up on several occasions. the cleaning staff were loud in the morning and made it hard to sleep.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful during our stay. We were provided with our own parking spot, which was convenient. the breakfast offered a great variety and was never too crowded. the hotel's location was ideal, within easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping malls, parks, and the ferry.

One downside was that the room temperature was a bit warm, and my husband found the mattress uncomfortable. We also had some trouble with noisy neighbors on work nights, but the reception staff helped resolve the issue.
