I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with its direct access to major stations like the JR station and the Airport subway line. the location, right in the midst of all the department stores, made it incredibly convenient for shopping and exploring the city. the cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. the staff were polite and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

Staying here for 8 nights, the hotel's central location in the luxury shopping mall made exploring a breeze. the friendly staff, clean rooms overlooking the park, and convenient transportation options were standout features. Plus, the new amenities, western-style bathrooms with wet-dry separations, and daily professional cleaning ensured a comfortable stay.

We loved this place! It's located right at the heart of everything, behind the shopping center and next to the bus terminal. I had a fantastic stay at Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel in Fukuoka. The room was beautifully decorated and had all the necessary appliances, including a kettle. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially when I fell sick and they arranged a visit to a nearby clinic for me. The hotel is conveniently located in a mall with local clothing stores, making shopping a breeze. The best part was the great view from my room. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located right in the centre of Tenjin shopping area, making it easy to find the location after getting out of the subway. The rooms are fully renovated, with stylish touches and attention to detail. The bathrooms are excellent and there is a fitness centre within the shopping mall, providing convenience for guests. The reception staff is always friendly and helpful, providing top-notch service. With lots of small local shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance, guests will have plenty of options for shopping and dining.

The early checkout time at 10am may be too early for some guests.

One of the best things about this hotel was the free breakfast offered every morning and the free Wi-Fi which was fast and reliable. the location was also great, with easy access to public transport and many local dining options. the room was also spacious and had comfortable bedding.

That the air conditioning was a bit loud and the walls were thin, so some noise from other guests could be heard at times. the check-in process took longer than expected due to a long line at the reception desk.

The hotel is conveniently located very near to JR Tenjin station and offers lots of shopping options. The 6th floor of Solaria Plaza and the underground shopping street are just next door. The supermarket in the basement is a great place to find delicious food. The staff at the hotel, from the front desk to the breakfast at red flamma, are all very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean, spacious, and can easily fit luggage and purchases. If you love being close to the shopping area, this hotel is perfect for you.
