The staff and room were excellent. Breakfast buffet had great options, especially the waffle station for the kids. The room was spacious and perfect for our family of four. Being able to cook our meals in the room helped us save money.

The hotel's location in a pleasant neighborhood of office parks, just south of LAX, was perfect. I appreciated being able to easily grocery shop and explore areas within 3 miles of the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The housekeeping team did a fantastic job of maintaining the cleanliness of the room and ensuring that all hotel-provided items were well-stocked. It was refreshing to experience such high standards, especially after previous disappointing stays at other Marriott Residence Inns. The hotel management went above and beyond to cater to my needs, as evidenced by their efforts to locate a specific item for me and their prompt resolution of any issues that arose. I was particularly grateful for their attention to detail and personal care in addressing a stained sheet on the hide-a-bed sofa, promptly replacing it and even compensating me with Marriott Points. The quiet rooms, well-kept grounds, and convenient location near Manhattan Beach, major freeways, and LAX added to the overall positive experience. Despite the high pricing during a special event week, the outstanding staff and facilities will ensure that I choose Residence Inn for my future LA trips. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and cleanliness.

We recently stayed at a conveniently located hotel near LAX for our college tour trip. Our two-bedroom suite at the Residence Inn was spacious and had a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for our family of three. The free parking and internet were a bonus. The quiet location close to the freeway and relatively close to the airport made our stay even more enjoyable. we had a comfortable and pleasant experience at Residence Inn.
