Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. The location was great, with numerous restaurants and cafes within walking distance. It was also close to all the major tourist sites, making our sightseeing experience very convenient. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and very quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. The hotel also had some great facilities, including USB sockets, comfortable beds, and a modern bathroom with all the necessary amenities, as mentioned in previous reviews.

The lobby and public areas could be a little noisy due to the music playing in the background, according to one review.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Kyoto and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, as it was right next to a subway stop and just a short walk to the Gion district. The view from my room was stunning, overlooking the river. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom and all the necessary amenities. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. it was a wonderful stay.

That the hotel was a bit expensive.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the standout feature of the onsen/rotemburo. The built-in baths in most rooms were a great addition. The concierge was a genius and reminded us of the importance of having a knowledgeable staff. The location was perfect, with Gion, popular temples, and other attractions within walking distance or a short bus/metro ride away.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect - situated along a lovely little stream and so close to all the shops, restaurants and culture. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Plus, the room was amazing! It had all the amenities I needed, from a great flat-screen TV to a comfortable bed. The spa centre was also a great touch. I would absolutely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at Nishitetsu Hotel in Kyoto. The location was perfect, just a two-minute walk from the Shiyakusho-mae station. The hotel was conveniently situated within walking distance of Gion and Nishi-ki market, making it easy to explore the city day and night. The staff were incredibly friendly and greeted me every morning as I left the lobby. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the staff at the reception counter were extremely helpful, providing accurate directions and speaking good English. The rooms were luxurious and the amenities, including vending machines and a public bath, were a bonus. I was impressed by the level of service when the female staff member escorted me to a waiting taxi and bowed as I left. my experience at Nishitetsu Hotel was excellent.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city during Easter. We were able to walk to many attractions easily, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The bathroom was also well equipped with everything we needed, and the hotel provided two nice complimentary amenities.

I recently stayed at the Solaria Nishitetsu hotel for 4 nights in Kyoto. The location was excellent, with easy access to the subway stations. The staff went above and beyond to assist me, even promptly providing a fruit knife when I needed one. The garden view from my room was beautiful, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The spaciousness of the room, along with the large bathtub, made it feel like a luxurious 5-star hotel. The onsen was clean and relaxing, and the staff even helped with luggage arrangements. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations.

The location of Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Kyoto Premier is excellent, with easy access to the subway station, major sights, the river. The onsen was a wonderful respite after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet offered a delicious variety of Japanese and western foods, including salad and fruit. The hotel and room were exceptionally clean. The laundry facility was convenient and easy to use. The staff was helpful, and some could speak English. We were very pleased with our stay and would book again if in Kyoto.

It felt like royalty, nothing was too much trouble.
