During my stay, I found the hotel facilities to be outstanding - both inside and out. the cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff provided excellent customer service. the hotel's convenient location, within walking distance of downtown and nightlife on Whiskey Row, made it an ideal choice for exploration. Additionally, the proximity to a nearby park added a nice touch to the overall experience.

This hotel is perfectly located in a great area, just a short walk from the historic district and close to downtown. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel valued and appreciated, just like they did for me and my two dogs. The rooms are clean and modern, with a spacious layout that offers a beautiful view. The breakfast, along with the friendly service, is simply fantastic.

The only thing that could be improved is the availability of free coffee and water in the lobby.

As longer term business travelers, we were delighted with the phenomenal service at the front desk. Alex, Sophie, and Jess went above and beyond to make us feel valued and appreciated. The entire staff, although we didn't catch everyone's name, was terrific. The added security measures, like the peep hole cover and extra locks on the door, gave us peace of mind. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of the historic district and a short drive from hiking trails. The creek running next to the hotel added a charming touch. The rooms were clean, modern, and spacious, with comfortable chairs and plenty of outlets for our electronic devices. The coffee at the hotel also deserves an A grade, providing us with a great cup of Joe whenever we needed it. Hilton Garden Inn Prescott Downtown provided excellent facilities and amenities for our longer term business stay.

The hotel is so close to downtown that we could easily walk to Whiskey Row. The pool area and bar were nice touches, and the whole place looked welcoming. Our room and bathroom were clean, and the staff was fantastic; they made us feel valued. The coffee was great, and the cleaning crew was exceptional.

We did notice a lack of hooks to hang towels in the bathroom, and the dessert menu was lacking.

Our room was super clean and cozy, and the bed was comfortable. Despite some traffic noise outside, we had a decent night's sleep. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and shops. I'd recommend this hotel for a short stay in Prescott.

We spent Christmas at a hotel right off a Main Street that had great parking and was a short walk to downtown. the front desk team was amazing and Christina was particularly helpful.

Our room overlooked a busy street, which was a bit noisy, even though we were on a high floor. we had scheduled a large group dinner, but the kitchen was broken, and we were not offered a satisfactory solution.
