The value for money was great, and despite the small size, the room was clean and had a good shower pressure. The location was convenient, with easy access to the train station and a Lawson's on site. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special, even surprising my friend with a delicious birthday cake.

The hotel breakfast menu could have been more diverse and appetizing.

I recently stayed at Sotetsu Fresa Inn for 2 nights while exploring Kamakura and Enoshima. The hotel's location near Fujisawa Station was perfect for easy transportation. The staff were welcoming and the rooms were small but exceptionally clean. The facilities were well-maintained, including an excellent heater for the winter weather. The spacious toilet and complimentary toiletries were a nice touch. Additionally, having a Lawson convenience store connected to the hotel was a convenient bonus.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more!

I had a very convenient and enjoyable stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, just a short 3-minute walk from Fujisawa station, making it incredibly easy to get around. The room was new, clean, and surprisingly spacious. The free Wi-Fi was excellent, which was essential for me. There were plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, making it very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Fujisawa.

The location of the hotel was perfect, close to public transportation and a variety of restaurants. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee and friendly staff. The room itself was comfortable and spacious, with great air conditioning and a powerful shower. we liked the hotel's efforts to be environmentally friendly by providing options to reduce waste.

The bedding was not the most comfortable and could have been improved. the bathroom was quite small, but this was to be expected in Japan.
