The hotel, Sotetsu Fresa Inn, had a great selection for breakfast and provided all the necessary maps and information in the lobby. the staff were very welcoming and spoke excellent English. the rooms were small but sufficient, and the bed was comfortable. the hotel was centrally located, with multiple train stations nearby, making it easy to explore the city within a 30-minute train ride. There were also numerous food options in the lively neighborhood.

The hotel is conveniently situated near several subway stations, making it easy for us to explore Tokyo. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. They kindly upgraded us to a larger room when they realized I was in a wheelchair, providing us with the extra space we needed. The cleanliness of the room and the quality of the amenities surpassed our expectations. We were particularly impressed with the variety and quality of the complimentary toiletries provided. The hotel's dedication to cleanliness and the fresh, pleasant-smelling bathroom made us feel rejuvenated after a long day of exploring the city.

The hotel was perfect for our Easter getaway! We were pleasantly surprised with the complimentary amenities that were included, like the hair gel and an array of teas. the location was really convenient for us to hop on the subway and explore the city. There were plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from, so we were never hungry. But our favorite part about the hotel was the amazing service from the friendly staff, who went above and beyond for us.

The room was pretty small, but it didn't bother us too much since we were out exploring most of the time anyway. And the English level of some of the staff could have been better, but we managed to overcome any communication barriers.
