The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is just a 15-minute walk from JR Yokohama station. Additionally, it is close to the subway entrance, making it easy to explore the city. The room is clean and comfortable, with a wide and comfy bed. The bathroom is spotless and the provided shampoo smells great. The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful, providing clear instructions and assistance during check-in and check-out. There are also many amenities available, such as free bath salts, cosmetics, and tea, which adds to the overall convenience and comfort of the stay.

One small drawback is that the hotel can be a bit hard to find initially, as the entrance is on the second floor. It would be helpful if there were clearer directions from the station.

The hotel was conveniently located near the train station and there were plenty of food options nearby. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. We also appreciated the fast and reliable Wi-Fi.

The staff didn't speak much English, which made communication a bit difficult. the hotel was a bit hard to find at first.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room at Sotetsu Fresa Inn. The lighting was excellent and the air conditioning was quiet, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The L-shaped table provided ample space without clutter. The firm and thick pillows ensured a good night's sleep for someone of my size. The hotel's location near JR Totsuka station was convenient and the area was quiet, creating a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making you feel like you're at home. The facility is clean and towels are changed daily. The location is convenient with a shopping center nearby and the JR station just 200 meters away for easy access to Narita airport.

Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Additionally, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and cozy environment. Lastly, I appreciated the attention to detail, such as the provision of amenities and the inclusion of a delicious breakfast.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was excellent and I truly enjoyed my stay.
