The presence of a convenience store connected to the lobby was also a great advantage, allowing for easy access to snacks and other essentials.

One of the major downsides of the hotel was the lack of washing machines. There were not enough machines to accommodate all the guests, with some of them being out of service or running out of detergent.

You definitely get great value for your money at Sotetsu Fresa Inn. The room was clean and comfortable, with thoughtful extras like free toothbrushes and hair brushes. The location is perfect, incredibly close to Yokohama Station and the harbor. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering useful advice and even helping me find a replacement suitcase.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better would be to improve the quality of the toilet paper.

There were a couple of downsides to my stay. the room was quite small, especially for two people.

Stayed in one of the 283 cozy rooms with a flat-screen TV. Enjoyed the express check-in, friendly staff, and convenient location. PIA ARENA MM and Yokohama Minato Mirai Hall were just a short distance away for some cultural highlights.
