Everything was fantastic.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we felt like royalty. the exclusive amenities were all on point. We were upgraded to a room with a private garden, which was breathtaking. the service was top-notch, the staff being attentive and friendly. the restaurant had delicious choices, and the bar and lounge area had a great atmosphere. the Spa and Wellness Centre was amazing, and the massage was simply perfect.

The only minor issue we had was with the front desk staff's concierge knowledge, which could have been a bit more extensive. they did their best to provide us with the necessary information.

We had a wonderful romantic escape! We loved the complementary champagne and tea offered upon arrival. the location was perfect, central to all the temples and shrines we wanted to visit. the hotel also had a beautiful fusion design. the staff were very friendly and helpful and made our stay all the more enjoyable.

The pillows were a bit too soft for our taste. the breakfast experience didn't meet our expectations.

Located in a prime spot, this luxury hotel allows easy access to the beautiful sites Kyoto has to offer. From here, you can explore the stunning garden, immerse yourself in the charm of the Gion district, and visit major temples nearby. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and cozy sheets. The bathrooms have traditional Japanese bathtubs for a relaxing experience. The staff is kind and helpful, and the Japanese style breakfast is delicious.

The front desk staff could improve their concierge knowledge for restaurant recommendations.
