Fast check-in, organized reception. Chinese girl assists. Great hot spring with stunning Sakurajima volcano view. Convenient shuttle bus. Buffet breakfast with variety of salad. Huge dinner and breakfast buffets with lots of variety. Beautiful outdoor onsen. Immaculately clean room. Friendly staff. Stunning views from room and onsen. Beautiful room, great amenities, fun activities. Wide range of cuisines in buffet. Great food, facilities, and stay. Private and public baths.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. We especially loved the tatami area and comfortable futon beds. The surprise of having a shower and bathtub outside added an extra touch of luxury. The Aqua Garden was a highlight, with its mesmerizing light show in the evening. The hotel's shuttle bus was convenient and always on time, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. The buffet offered a wide range of delicious cuisines, including mouthwatering desserts. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

The restaurant can get quite crowded during peak times, but it didn't diminish our dining experience. We would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

We had a great time exploring the lively restaurants and bars in the area. The Japanese restaurant we found had an amazing menu and the prices were very reasonable. The hotel itself had a beautiful location, either on a hill or by the seaside, offering stunning views from the rooms. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service was attentive and the buffet breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel had a range of facilities such as a bowling alley and spa, providing plenty of entertainment options.

Some areas of the hotel seemed outdated and in need of renovation.

We had a romantic escape in a huge Japanese resort and it was amazing! The resort offered plenty of entertainment, including restaurants, hot springs, shopping, and game arcades. We particularly loved the frequent shuttle buses that transported us effortlessly between different areas of the resort. the buffet breakfast and dinners had a wide variety of options and we enjoyed it very much. it was a memorable experience.

One of the worst aspects was that the hotel seems to focus on mass tourism and lacked a bit of atmosphere. The size of the resort might be overwhelming for some, and it's not as tranquil as we would have hoped for a romantic escape.
