During my recent transit in Tokyo, I chose to stay at the Hotel Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku for its exceptional location. Just a 5-minute walk from both Shinjuku and Shinsen-Shinjuku stations, this hotel provided unparalleled convenience for getting around the city. its proximity to the Tokyo International Airport, only 25 km away, made my travels seamless and stress-free.

I encountered a minor inconvenience with the front desk staff. When inquiring about the baggage delivery service, I found their assistance to be lacking as they directed me to the website for information, rather than providing the assistance and information I had anticipated.

The hotel's decor throughout is charming, with cozy gray accent walls and clean, classic furniture. The spacious marble lobby provides comfortable seating, which is perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring Tokyo. The hotel's convenient location near the train station and easy accessibility for seniors with well-placed facilities make it an ideal choice for older travelers.

A better vacation for senior people would be made complete with improved accessibility for assistance from the younger generation of the staff.

It's super close to the lively area, just a few minutes' walk to the buzzing streets and vibrant nightlife. Plus, it's easy to hop on the metro for awesome shopping sprees and foodie adventures.

More fun social events in the evenings would be awesome for young party-goers like us!

The rooms were well-appointed and had everything we needed, including a sitting area and a mini-bar. The room amenities were top-notch, and we appreciated the extra touches such as the tea and coffee facilities. The hotel also provided a buffet breakfast and had a restaurant and bar/lounge area. we highly recommend this place for its location and excellent service.

The location of Hotel Sunroute was absolutely perfect! It was incredibly convenient to have the Airport Limousine Bus stop right in front of the hotel. Plus, the hotel had a lot of amenities and the check-out process was fast and easy with the automatic machine. The WiFi was also super fast, which was a huge plus.

Convenient airport shuttle pickup. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Lots of food options and shopping nearby. Laundry facilities available. Clean and adequate-sized rooms.

The hotel is conveniently located, very close to the Shinjuku train station, making it easy to access all forms of transportation. It is right in the center of Shinjuku, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing assistance and directions in English. The breakfast offers a good variety of choices. There are vending machines and washing machine facilities available.

The rooms can be a bit small, especially when it comes to opening large suitcases.
