I recently stayed at Red Lion Rooms in Dalton in Furness for a few nights and it was a delightful experience. The building itself is quirky and full of character, with old beams adding to its charm. The bathroom and shower were lovely, spotless, and clearly newly refurbished. The central location was convenient, with a Co-op and plenty of pubs nearby. Plus, being close to the lakes made it perfect for exploring. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again.

It was also great to have a complimentary breakfast in our room, with milk and yogurt provided in the fridge. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Despite some traffic noise from the main road, we enjoyed our time at the hotel.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was impeccable. It was spacious, well-presented, and had all the amenities I needed. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. I was pleasantly surprised to find a stocked fridge for breakfast, along with a complimentary hot drinks machine in the hallway. The hotel offered great value for money, and I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

I especially enjoyed the continental breakfast provided in-room and the full English breakfast at the Brown Cow Pub. the location was perfect for me as it was close to where my family lives. the bar downstairs was a great bonus as it served as a meeting place for our family gatherings. the communal area with a sofa, TV, and free hot drinks was a nice touch. Despite the rain, I could appreciate the outdoor space with a view. I also had a peaceful night's sleep without any noise from the bar or outside.

the location was perfect, with the zoo just a short 10-minute drive away. the rooms and bathrooms were modern, well-appointed, and filled with thoughtful extras like a mini fridge stocked with complimentary fruit juices, cereal, and yogurts. We were lucky enough to have Room 1, which gave us easy access to the lovely terrace upstairs where we enjoyed the sunshine. the accommodation far exceeded our expectations, and there was even a cozy lounge area with a complimentary coffee machine and biscuits for all guests. I would definitely return without question and have already recommended it to friends and family.
