As a tourist, I loved the convenient location of the hotel, with easy access to Shinagawa JR stations and the airport limousine stop nearby. The hotel had good basic amenities and friendly staff who spoke English. The size of the 4 single bed room was perfect and the bathroom was also spacious. It was a calm and quiet area of Tokyo, away from the busy streets.

I felt very welcome during my stay and had no reason to complain.

The hotel was very convenient for catching an early morning Shinkansen. Despite the rain, the staff kindly provided towels and umbrellas for us. The breakfast was a good mix of Western and Japanese cuisines. I would recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay at Shinagawa Tobu! the room was a bit small, but that's to be expected in Japan. the hotel was clean and the service was very warm. It was just a 4-minute walk to Shinagawa train station, which made it really convenient for getting around. I would definitely recommend staying here if you plan to visit Japan.

As soon as we arrived, they provided towels and umbrellas, a nice touch especially because it was raining. The breakfast offered a unique blend of Western and Japanese cuisine. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room size was larger than expected for a hotel in this class.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful during our late check-in and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The room was spacious and in great condition, with comfortable beds and a variety of amenities. The hotel's location was very convenient, being just a 5-minute walk from Shinagawa Station and about 20 minutes from Haneda Airport by direct train. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, including a McDonald's that stays open late. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the free WiFi was definitely a plus.

Hard to think of anything negative about this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to access other parts of the city. the room was surprisingly spacious and had plenty of storage space. the staff were friendly and spoke English well, which made communication effortless.

The elevator and luggage carts were quite narrow, making it difficult to navigate with multiple bags. loading and unloading luggage was a bit of a challenge due to the lack of parking in front of the hotel.

This hotel's location uphill is totally worth it for its very reasonable price and great service from the staff. You'll find some good restaurants nearby and Shinagawa Station is conveniently across the street.

No negative aspects to mention, all was ok.

I had a great stay at a hotel in a good location. the room, although small, was clean and adequate for my two-night stay. the bonus of having access to a guest lounge with coffee was a nice touch. the convenience of being able to walk to Shinagawa station and having a convenience store nearby was also a plus. the value for money was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed my time at Shinagawa Tobu.

During our romantic escape, we found everything we needed at the hotel. the room, although on the smaller side, was quite adequate in size and well presented. the reception staff were excellent and provided top-notch service. We were particularly impressed with the amenity kit in the bathroom, which was the best we've ever seen in a hotel. Additionally, the breakfast offered at a reasonable price was delicious and satisfying.

One of the disappointing aspects of our stay was the lack of basic amenities in the room, such as a bottle of water. Additionally, on the day of check-out, we encountered unfriendly and impolite behavior from the staff at the front desk.
