In terms of location, this place couldn't be better. It's right by the Guggenheim Museum and the river, yet it's surprisingly quiet. The staff here are so friendly, from the receptionist to the restaurant server. We were particularly impressed with the room service and housekeeping. The amenities in the room were great, with everything from air conditioning to an in-room safe. we highly recommend staying here!

We had an amazing stay at this gem of a place. the room on the 7th floor had stunning views and was incredibly peaceful. the staff's attention to customer service was outstanding. They even changed our room from the 7th floor to the 3rd floor when they learned we preferred to use the stairs, showing genuine concern for our comfort. the hotel's decor had a minimalist elegance that created a calming atmosphere. We felt so at home here, despite arriving as hikers with just a small backpack. the location was perfect, close to the Guggenheim and the river walk to the old town. We also enjoyed the convenience of the self-service bar on the ground level, where we could make our own coffee. a wonderful experience at Miro.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was unbeatable, right near the beautiful Guggenheim and the art/cultural areas. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a view of the museum and river. The bathroom had a walk-in shower and the bedding was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they even provided complimentary coffee and juice in the lobby. We also loved the option to borrow bikes and explore the city. it was a memorable and enjoyable experience.

The price was a bit expensive considering breakfast was not included.

I recently stayed at Hotel Miro for a few nights and it was perfect! The cozy and comfortable atmosphere made me feel right at home. As an artist, I appreciated the artistic design throughout the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the photos accurately represented the hotel. The location was ideal with a great view. I loved the free tea and coffee in the lounge, although having a kettle in the room would be even better. I felt safe traveling alone and there were plenty of dining options nearby. a lovely experience!

This place is perfect for a stay in this city. The location is great, with restaurants, a supermarket, and the famous museum all nearby. The rooms are modern with very comfortable beds. The staff here is the highlight; they are unfailingly courteous and helpful, especially in advising you on how to explore the city. I was particularly impressed by the receptionist Gorka, who went above and beyond to upgrade my room to one with a view of the museum when he learned I was an architecture student. The amenities provided, such as room service and laundry, were also top-notch.

the staff were warm and kind, providing excellent service. I initially booked a basic room, but upon realizing the small size, I requested an upgrade. Instead of simply apologizing, the hotel generously provided a free upgrade for the remaining two days of my stay. the location of the hotel is prime, with easy access to the Guggenheim museum, the tour bus stop, and an underground car park at discounted rates. the room I stayed in was spacious and nicely furnished, with a fantastic view of the Guggenheim. the hotel also offered free coffee and soft drinks in the lounge, and the shower was excellent. I highly appreciated the attentive service and comfortable accommodations.

The value for the money was great, especially with the package deal including breakfast and Guggenheim tickets. The room had a fantastic view of the museum and the hotel itself had a beautiful modern design with art everywhere. The location was perfect for visiting the Guggenheim and the staff at reception were very helpful with recommendations.

Breakfast delights, the only thing I missed was having a buffet option to choose from instead of a set menu.

The complementary popcorn, sweets and hot drinks were a nice touch and helped us relax in the evening. the location was perfect, with amazing views of the nearby landmark. We also enjoyed the high-quality branded slippers in the room, they were very cozy.

The breakfast service was unacceptable. For such a high price, the limited choices and the staff attitude left us feeling humiliated.

Ideally situated between museums, modern interior, free tea and coffee, helpful staff, recommended great restaurant.
