Recently stayed at Aoyama Grand for 5 nights and it was exceptional. the room was beautifully decorated and spacious, with a luxurious bathroom. the staff were friendly and helpful, plus the breakfast had a variety of delicious options. the location was perfect for exploring the area and the free minibar was a nice touch. Would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Tokyo that was simply amazing. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the city using the nearby Ginza line. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The room itself was beautiful, with stunning decor and all the facilities I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the complimentary mini bar after a long flight. The breakfast spread was delicious and satisfying. While there were a few minor hiccups, such as inconsistent front desk service and a slightly confusing entrance, these did not detract from the overall wonderful experience. I could definitely overlook the firm beds, as I know it's a matter of personal preference. The hotel could benefit from improving housekeeping and adding spa facilities. But honestly, despite these small drawbacks, I would still highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo. it was an excellent stay and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

loved the trendy location, walking distance to Omotesando and close to the subway. Great service, especially from Noah at the club level. Upmarket club level experience with drinks, snacks, and a great view. Treated like VIPs. Will definitely return.

Polite staff, abundant amenities, 20th floor bar serves unique Japanese whiskies. SHIKAKU on 4th floor offers cost-effective dinner. Prime location in Omotesando-Aoyama area, a short walk to the Ginza line. Large room with great decor and facilities. Pleasing breakfast buffet with minor lack of variety. Superb service, exceptional staff, comfortable ambiance. Exceptional experience, friendly and helpful staff, attractive rooms with luxurious bathrooms. Can't wait to return!
