I recently stayed at a hotel in Tokyo that was simply amazing. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the city using the nearby Ginza line. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The room itself was beautiful, with stunning decor and all the facilities I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the complimentary mini bar after a long flight. The breakfast spread was delicious and satisfying. While there were a few minor hiccups, such as inconsistent front desk service and a slightly confusing entrance, these did not detract from the overall wonderful experience. I could definitely overlook the firm beds, as I know it's a matter of personal preference. The hotel could benefit from improving housekeeping and adding spa facilities. But honestly, despite these small drawbacks, I would still highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo. it was an excellent stay and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

loved the trendy location, walking distance to Omotesando and close to the subway. Great service, especially from Noah at the club level. Upmarket club level experience with drinks, snacks, and a great view. Treated like VIPs. Will definitely return.

The bathrooms are luxurious and sumptuous. The staff is very friendly and provides exceptional service, making guests feel comfortable and eager to help with any needs. The hotel is kept very tidy and clean.

Prime location in Omotesando-Aoyama area, a short walk to the Ginza line. Large room with great decor and facilities. Pleasing breakfast buffet with minor lack of variety. Superb service, exceptional staff, comfortable ambiance. Exceptional experience, friendly and helpful staff, attractive rooms with luxurious bathrooms. Can't wait to return!

I had a really comfortable stay at Aoyama Grand. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a complimentary mini bar filled with delicious snacks and drinks. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to different attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel had some fantastic restaurants. I had a great experience at Aoyama Grand and would highly recommend it.
