The upstairs loft is a nightmare for anyone over average height!!! It's time to rethink the steep ladder access. Additionally, the cabin arrangements for adults are quite inadequate. how do they expect three adults to fit comfortably in one double bed? !!!

Staying right on the fjord was mighty—such gorgeous views from the room! The staff were friendly and the brekkie was just grand, with lovely fresh options. Just a pity about the limited choice, but overall, I'd recommend it for the scenery alone!

Breathtaking views of the fjord made our stay unforgettable.

Unfortunately, our experience was marred by several issues. The bathroom was disappointingly cramped, making it difficult to navigate comfortably. Additionally, the sound insulation in the rooms was poor. we could hear noises from other guests, disrupting our peace. The lack of privacy due to the room's location next to the main entrance also left much to be desired.

the location is perfect for those who enjoy a quiet night away from tourists. the wifi was a bit weak in our room, had to go closer to reception.

We loved the breathtaking fjord views right from our room! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the nearby supermarket and very close to the serene shore of the Aurland fjord. The staff were incredibly welcoming and the breakfast spread featured delicious freshly baked breads and local treats, making our mornings very special.

The only downside was the slightly cramped bathroom, which could be a bit tight with kids.

the view from our cabin was awsome, right on the fjord! breakfast was super tasty too, fresh bread and local cheese. the staff were alwayz cheerful and helpful, made us feel right at home. we loved chillin on the little balcony with a drink and just watching the world go by. plus, the location is perf for exploring the nearby sights without all the crowds.

the mattress was way too soft, kinda hard to sleep well on that. also, the bathroom could be a bit cramped for sure.

The cozy atmosphere in the gastropub next door added to the experience, making for a delightful dining option. Unfortunately, the room lacked some basic amenities, like a mini fridge and coffee/tea service, which could have enhanced comfort. Also, investing in better pillows would make a significant difference for restful nights.

It was just a prime choice for a transient stop in Aurland with very good value for money. I really enjoyed sitting in the garden with a cup of tea while chatting with my travel partner. Don't miss out on trying the local fish dish at dinner.
