We loved the fantastic location in this city, just a short walk to the train station and surrounded by numerous food outlets. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a welcoming lounge area and a bar that also served tea, coffee, and light meals. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and they were beautifully decorated, just like the pictures online. The staff was polite and professional, and the hotel was in pristine condition as it had recently opened.

We appreciated the sustainable approach of the hotel, as well as the well-stocked amenity selection at reception. The location in Ginza was perfect, with easy access to multiple train stations and all the main attractions in Tokyo. The bluetooth speaker and shower speaker were also nice additions to the room.
