The room smelled a bit musty, and the carpets could use a good clean, but the breakfast was heaps good. Chur for that!

The breakfast bar had a great selection of options. always stocked and fresh! The staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. The hot tub and pool were clean and enjoyable. a relaxing touch!

i can’t even begin to explain how disappoineted i was with my stay. the elevator was out of service, leaving me to lug my bags up to the 4th floor, and in my room, the carpet was so dirty it turned my feet black.

The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially Erin and Gabby, who went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was always fresh, and the waffles were delightful.

Two significant issues marred our stay, misplaced cleanliness, with hairs found on bedding, and an unprofessional front desk experience, where our concerns seemed overlooked, giving off a sense of neglect.

During my stay, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the facilities and the varied breakfast options, particularly the fresh hot items that truly elevated the experience. The friendly staff consistently made my visit enjoyable.

We had a solid time here! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was nice and spacious, and the hot breakfast was a treat, especially those fluffy eggs and sausage. I loved chilling at the bar/lounge area in the evenings too.

The cleanliness issues could be improved, especially with dirty carpets!!! Inconsistent room quality left me feeling uncertain, and the elevator maintenance was a hassle!!! It would be great if the pool maintenance was more consistent too!!!

the staff were incredibly helpful. they quickly replaced a dirty chair for us and even left a cleaning bottle in our room. the swimming pool was enjoyable and had a relaxing jacuzzi too. breakfast had great options beyond just bagels.

The location is convenient with a Jack in the Box and a store nearby. Our family loved the breakfast. it had plenty of tasty options that kept everyone happy, even our picky eater. Plus, the kids enjoyed the pool despite some hiccups.

My wife says that cleanliness could be improved. The carpets were quite dirty, making us feel uneasy about letting our little one crawl around.
