The value for money was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

As business travelers, we loved the helpful staff who went above and beyond to assist us. They helped us find a frozen box for our beer and provided hot water. They also helped us book activities and even printed 10 extra pages for us, free of charge. The environment at the hotel was warm, nice, and clean, making our stay enjoyable.

The staff is super friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms are nicely done, with comfortable furniture, a cozy bed, and a refreshing shower. The attention to detail is evident, from the delicious coffee in the morning to the breakfast spread with local pastries and fresh fruit. Plus, the option of eggs to order ensures a satisfying start to the day.

I absolutely loved the central location of Kimpton Ella's Cottages. It made exploring the area with my family so convenient and enjoyable. The courtyard area with the pool was a great place to relax and the outdoor dining area came in handy for a couple of meals. The breakfast selection was good, but if we wanted something different, there were local cafes within walking distance. And, of course, we can't forget Jeffery the hotel cat - a big hit with the kids!

I wish there had been more consistency with the room towels. As a family of four, we had to ask for extra towels on two occasions.

The staff is delightful and accommodating. Rooms come equipped with a filtered water cooler and ice machine, a huge plus for those keeping budget.

One room lacked a mini fridge and had an odd layout with no space to move around one side of the bed.

Kimpton Ella's Cottages offered great value for the money with spacious and beautiful rooms. The location was excellent, allowing us to easily explore local restaurants and sites without needing our car. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and accommodating to our needs.
