Great location, close to key attractions and amenities. We were able to easily explore the area and enjoy all that it had to offer. the continental breakfast was a nice touch, giving us a convenient and tasty start to our day. the pool area was a great place to relax and unwind, providing a peaceful oasis during our stay.

The room description was misleading, with the actual size and amenities not matching what was advertised. the cleanliness of the room and property was not up to standard, with signs of neglect and poor maintenance.

This hotel is a great find in the heart of the city. The location is fantastic, close to all the action on Duval Street, yet tucked away in the narrow streets for a peaceful stay. The staff is super friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms are nicely done, with comfortable furniture, a cozy bed, and a refreshing shower. The attention to detail is evident, from the delicious coffee in the morning to the breakfast spread with local pastries and fresh fruit. Plus, the option of eggs to order ensures a satisfying start to the day.

All was well, no complaints.

I absolutely loved the central location of Kimpton Ella's Cottages. It made exploring the area with my family so convenient and enjoyable. The courtyard area with the pool was a great place to relax and the outdoor dining area came in handy for a couple of meals. The breakfast selection was good, but if we wanted something different, there were local cafes within walking distance. And, of course, we can't forget Jeffery the hotel cat - a big hit with the kids!

I wish there had been more consistency with the room towels. As a family of four, we had to ask for extra towels on two occasions.

The cooled pool was a life-saver in the summer heat! the staff really went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. the location was perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions. A big shoutout to Jordan, the friendly cat who made our stay even more enjoyable!

The air conditioner was a bit loud and could be bothersome at night. It would have been helpful to have a bed table or shelf on both sides of the bed.

Our room at Kimpton was huge and absolutely gorgeous. It was immaculately clean and had beautiful windows that let in lots of natural light. The bathroom was spacious and spotless, with fluffy towels. We loved having a private balcony and a large, comfortable bed. The hotel also offered a discount for upgrading to a King room, which was a great bonus.

The only minor drawback was that the fridge was located in the bathroom, which we found a bit strange and not very appetizing. Additionally, the breakfast options were not up to par compared to the overall quality of the hotel.
