I recently stayed at Jurys Inn Southampton and it exceeded my expectations once again. This hotel offers fantastic value for money, with clean and modern rooms that are spacious and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the central location makes it easy to find. I have stayed at other Jurys hotels before and this one did not disappoint. The reception staff were efficient in arranging taxis and check-out was a breeze. a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

The location near a lovely park is perfect for families with young children. The modern room had a pleasant scent and the beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel provides a great adventure playground.

We had a great stay here! The location was really convenient as we were able to easily walk to restaurants and parks. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly - they even offered us a free coffee to take away in the morning! The room was clean and had everything we needed, including an electric kettle and toiletries.

Almost perfect.

We stayed at a hotel in a convenient location, right in the middle of a busy roundabout. It was relatively close to the theme park, which was great for our group of friends. However, getting across the road was a bit challenging due to the roundabout. The room was comfortable with a lovely bed, and the bathroom had a good shower. The staff provided excellent service and even gave us drinks tokens for a special occasion. Despite the restaurant being booked for an event, we still enjoyed a delicious breakfast.

The hotel did not have accessible parking, which was a downside for us.

Rooms on high floors offer great views. Spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with chairs and large bed. Hotel staff are friendly, courteous, and well-organized, despite the large crowd during events such as the Rolling Stones concert. Location is convenient to St Mary's stadium. Early check-in was accommodated and breakfast was satisfying.

Great central location for restaurants, shops, and city museum. Only a short walk through a lovely park.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights with our children. The room at the end of the corridor was spacious and lovely. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Caroline at reception. The buffet breakfast was tasty and good value. The hotel had a great location, close to a park, bus stops, and restaurants.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The value for money was excellent, and our room on the 10th floor was amazing with a beautiful view. The staff were incredibly pleasant and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.

The only thing that could have been improved was the food for breakfast. It would have been great if there were more options to choose from.

The hotel was conveniently located, being relatively close to the Theme Park, in the centre of the city and up to the main shopping area west quay. Room was clean and had the basic amenities like iron and board, hairdryer and tea and coffee, and the bathroom had fluffy towels. However, service was poor and unhelpful, with no room servicing and a lack of fresh food at breakfast.

They did not accept cash, only cards, which made it difficult to keep track of expenses.

Thanks to the discounts offered in our package, we enjoyed free parking and a bottle of wine upon arrival. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping centers and public transport, making it easy to get around. The room was cozy, with comfortable beds and clean sheets, plus the WiFi worked well.

Our Thanksgiving dinner was a disaster. The turkey was dry, the stuffing was bland, and the gravy was lumpy.
