During our recent stay at the Kitano Arms, we were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms. The room included a kitchenette, a good-sized bathroom, lounge, and eating area, making it perfect for a short or longer stay. The location was excellent, being just a few steps away from Nagatacho Metro Station, which provided easy access to the whole city. Additionally, the hotel was within walking distance of great restaurants and convenience stores. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at the Kitano Arms.

I had the best stay at Kitano Hotel in Tokyo. the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the spacious Superior King Room had a comfortable bed and a lovely layout. I particularly enjoyed having a bath in the room. the amenities provided were excellent, including bath salts and soft dressing gowns. the hotel's location, just steps away from Nagatacho Station, was incredibly convenient for exploring the city. It was a relief to be able to return to our room quickly after a long day of walking.

During my recent business trip to Tokyo, I had a great stay at this hotel. the service was incredible, with the staff going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. the rooms were spacious with plenty of room to move around and had all the amenities I needed to make my stay enjoyable. the location was also fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

While I had a great stay overall, there were a few things I didn't particularly like. the breakfast had limited options and was a bit repetitive, but there were plenty of nearby cafes and restaurants to explore.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with no smell. The amenities were great, including a mini bar with daily refreshments. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the iron and coffee making facilities were convenient. The staff were friendly and spoke good English. The location was perfect, right near the train station, with plenty of restaurants and cafes in the nearby Akasaka area. There were also convenience stores like Lawson's and 7-11 within walking distance.

Clean rooms, generous mini bar, and thoughtful chocolate box gift. Spacious enough for a family with kids. Delicious breakfast and friendly staff. Convenient location with nearby amenities and metro access.

Can't fault anything about it.

This hotel is a luxurious and exclusive venue that met all my needs. the staff were incredibly helpful and provided exceptional service during my stay. the Sun terrace was a great place to chill out in the evenings with a refreshing view of the surroundings. the room advantages included private facilities and a leisure/TV room providing an exceptional level of comfort.

There was only one minor issue I encountered which was the limited room service options after 10 pm. I would have appreciated a few more options on the menu.

The location of the hotel is great, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance in Akasaka, and the convenience of a nearby metro station. The 'Kitano' restaurant on the premises provides a dining option, although it seems to be underutilized.

One downside is that there is no restaurant on-site for breakfast.
