Excellent location, beautiful terrace park, great funky decor, comfortable for solo female traveler, impressive restaurant facilities, good value for students.

The hotel's location was excellent, situated on a bustling street with easy access to nearby attractions. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Our experience at this hotel was not entirely pleasant. We were disappointed with the state of the bathrooms, as two out of three toilets could not be locked and the overall cleanliness was lacking.

The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, the interior design was eye-catching with beautiful vintage furniture and vibrant colors, and the location provided stunning views and convenience with a bar and restaurant downstairs.

Felt completely at ease and had no reason to complain.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with friendly cleaning staff who worked diligently all day. The hotel facilities were ample, with a spacious lounge and a well-equipped kitchen. The breakfast was delicious, with lots of choice available. The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

As a satisfied hotel guest, my family and I stayed at Independente Principe Real for our trip to Lisbon. The location was perfect, offering an excellent view of the city and a lovely park. The staff was incredibly helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The beds were comfortable and the on-site restaurant and bar were excellent, offering a happy 3-hour experience. The hotel provided good security and the different room options worked well for our adult family.

The breakfast variety, environment, and service were excellent. Strong water pressure and hot water in the shower. Great city view from the hostel. Many nearby cafes, bars, and shops. Helpful and funny staff. Enjoyable walking tour. Beautiful building and exceptional breakfast. Excellent location with buskers nearby. Friendly bar staff and free dinner available.
