The facilities were simply amazing! We found the pool refreshing and the beach super inviting for swimming and snorkeling. Plenty of spots for shade, too. The staff were attentive and the ambiance at night was perfect for winding down after a day of adventures.

Welcoming staff, stunning infinity pool, with beach access just steps away from the hotel making it easy to explore the beautiful surroundings and enjoy the clear water during my stay.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The facilities are solid, with a beautifully laid out property and various dining options that cater to different tastes. The massage I got on my birthday was a highlight—really enjoyed the treatment and ambiance.

Unfortunately, there were a few hiccups like a noticeable smell of humidity in the room that required a switch to a different unit. On top of that, food pricing here tends to be on the higher end, while the beach beds could use a good cleaning. not the best look when you're trying to relax. Also, couldn't get into the spa for four days due to full bookings, which was disappointing.

i visited beau vallon before, but this stay at story exceeded my expectations. the evening walks along the immaculate beach with a stunning view truly resonated with me. the gardens and pool area are well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly accommodating, creating a serene atmosphere during our time there.

room service was occasionally slow and forgetful.

We enjoyed a spacious Junior King Suite with a large balcony and great facilities. The food quality was superb, with a huge variety available at the buffet, especially the desserts. The beach villa was a highlight, featuring almost private access and a plunge pool. We appreciated the eco-friendly initiatives and the positive atmosphere created by the helpful staff.

The beach was just stunning, smooth sand, great for my kids. The infinity pool, man, it was real nice, never seen such a clean pool towel like that. Everyone was friendly, like they actually cared, making our trip better.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what you get, it felt okay.

Shoutout to the staff who went above and beyond for us! The food and drinks were incredible! ! Gorgeous views everywhere, and our room was super spacious with a huge balcony. The beach access was unreal!
