The staff provides excellent service and is always willing to go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. The communal areas are spacious and cozy, with warm fires to relax by. The hotel also offers convenient facilities such as a ski room for drying gear and reading areas.

One small drawback is that not all rooms have baths, only showers.
