The room had USB ports for charging my devices, good lighting, and a comfortable queen bed. The location was convenient for sightseeing, with attractions and a train station nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience.

We loved staying at this place! It's on a main street and very conveniently located near major tourist attractions. The room amenities were impressive, including heating, air conditioning, soundproofed rooms, towels. We enjoyed the dining restaurant and the 24-hour facilities like the wi-fi and reception. The sauna was perfect for relaxation and the staff were amazing and always willing to help with any request.

Very good value for money, with a new and modern feel. the location is perfect, close to the fish market and only a 15-minute walk to the city center with great restaurants and bars. Enjoyed the convenience of the automatic laundry facility and vending machine on the floor. the onsen was a great bonus, and the staff was accommodating with check-in even at midnight.

The entrance could be confusing and needs better signage. the staff's proficiency in English could be improved, with communication mostly relying on translation or pre-written letters.

The cleanliness was top-notch, with the rooms being brand new and spotless. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the onsen on the 13th floor, which was open-air and free to use. We loved the convenience of being able to check the current crowd levels through the tablet provided in the room. The transportation to and from the hotel was seamless, and the location couldn't have been better. It was just a stone's throw away from the famous Omicho market and within walking distance of the main sightseeings. Additionally, there was a convenience store nearby for any last-minute purchases.

We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends.
