I had a wonderful stay at The Strings Hotel Nagoya! The room was clean and comfortable, and the in-room washer and dryer were a bonus. The staff were helpful and handled a busy check-in with grace. I highly recommend this hotel.

Our weekend was pleasant overall. the hotel location was very convenient, just a short walk away from the main train station, making it easy for us to get around the city. We also appreciated the fact that there were plenty of restaurants nearby, giving us a lot of dining options. we enjoyed the complementary coffee and toiletries that were provided in the room, which made our stay even more comfortable.

Although we had an enjoyable stay, we did have some concerns with the room. the window was sealed shut, making it impossible to get fresh air into the room, and we found this to be quite stuffy.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable , situated right beside my workplace and just a short walk from the Nagoya station. the staff were top, notch; they consistently went above and beyond to fulfil my luxurious needs, be it bringing me extra coffee pods or providing me with exclusive amenities. I was blown away by the spa & wellness centre's services and the massages I received there. The restaurant provided top, notch dishes from all over the world and the private facilities were impressive enough. Cons: My only minor issue with the hotel was the lack of an on, site bar/lounge area. that, the service exceeded my expectations, and the room advantages were exclusive, with a great view from my window.
