Despite a small downside of limited storage space, the remarkable service and ideal location make this hotel a standout choice. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in the heart of the city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness and attention to detail were impressive. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the luxurious bathroom with the best shower we've ever used. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and conveniently connected to public transportation. The staff, from the bell-persons to the concierge team, were attentive and friendly. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

The exclusive amenities provided in the rooms were top-notch and fulfilled our every need. the hotel's service was exceptional and surpassed all expectations. the private facilities were outstanding and added to the exclusivity of the hotel. the in-room breakfast was a highlight of our stay. Despite its central location, the hotel provided us with a tranquil and peaceful environment.

The only minor issue we had was that the restaurant's prices were expensive. Although the bar/lounge area was sophisticated and enjoyable, it would have been more convenient if it had a larger space for bar food and drinks.

Staying close to the train station is very convenient for exploring the city, and this hotel provides an excellent location to easily catch a train or subway. The hotel is situated on top of the local train station, providing quick access to numerous destinations. The staff provides excellent service, and the housekeeping is generous. The rooms are beautifully furnished and offer fantastic views of the surrounding area.

The hotel restaurant had limited seating and could be difficult to get into, but there are plenty of nearby dining options to choose from.

Exceptional concierge service. We enjoyed the Ginza Kyubey restaurant and Mori Borderless Art Museum. Great heritage and stories shared. Smoking rooms that didn't smell like airport smoking cubicles.

Long and not flat corridor. Room size could have been bigger.

Great location, easily accessible to major train lines including the Narita Express, and within walking distance to Ginza. Staff are attentive and speak good English. Rooms are well-appointed, with comfortable beds and amazing bathrooms. Breakfast is excellent, with a good selection of Western and Japanese options. A beautiful and peaceful stay.

This made transportation around the city and to other destinations extremely convenient. We were able to easily explore Tokyo and beyond. Additionally, the staff were attentive and helpful, especially the concierge who assisted us with dinner reservations. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was delicious.

We loved being able to explore the city and then retreat to the tranquility of our room.

Worst aspects would be the high price tag, which we felt was a bit steep even for a luxury hotel. Despite these minor drawbacks, our overall experience at the hotel was still exceptional, and we would highly recommend it for a romantic getaway.
