I had an amazing stay at a hotel and spa in Victor. the fitness center and pool were top-notch, and I thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. My room was comfortable and well-equipped with a coffee maker and fridge/bar area. the staff members were friendly and helpful throughout my entire stay. the breakfast menu was delicious, and I also appreciated the services and relaxation area in the spa. the hotel's location offered a private atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of suburbia, yet there were plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. it was a pleasure staying at this hotel and I can't wait to return.

Located on top of a hill, this hotel is easy to reach from the airport and close to an office park, making it a convenient choice for budget travellers. Guests should check out the various activities on offer during their stay. Rooms are spacious, clean, and beautiful with attentive service. Each room is well equipped with a functioning floor lamp and comfy beds. The hotel serves a delicious breakfast, and there is a bar and a spa to enjoy too.

There are some issues with soundproofing, but apart from that, our stay was enjoyable.

I stayed at this place and loved it. The most impressive part is how close it is to amazing restaurant options. The staff were so friendly, offering a welcome drink and honoring happy hour specials. My room had all the amenities I needed including a flat-screen TV, mini-bar, ironing facilities, and in-room safe. The leisure spa and wellness centre is a must-visit with a sauna, steam room, and beauty treatments. I loved relaxing on the sun terrace overlooking the garden area.

During my city break, I had a pleasant stay at a high-end hotel in the Rochester area. the customer service was exceptional, starting from the valet to the front desk and even at the spa. the staff were welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. the room itself was spacious and very clean, providing a comfortable space for relaxation. Additionally, there were plenty of activities available within the hotel to keep us entertained.

There were a couple of drawbacks to our stay. One night, we unfortunately experienced a sleepless night due to some loud and disruptive guests who were causing a disturbance well past midnight.

We loved the location of this place, with its picturesque views of the nearby Erie canal and the office park down the road. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable during our stay, from the friendly and welcoming Kate at the front desk to the accommodating room service. The room itself was amazingly comfortable, with super clean and cozy amenities such as a mini-bar, sitting area, and in-room safe. We also enjoyed the convenience of the on-site car park and the free Wi-Fi.

Another bonus was having a fridge in the room, which was perfect for storing snacks and drinks. The overall ambience of the hotel was wonderful, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. The staff was also incredibly friendly and attentive. Whenever we ordered food or wine, it arrived quickly, and the staff was always respectful and accommodating. We even had the option to order from the on-site Starbucks cafe for breakfast, which was delicious. I cannot wait to go back to this impeccable establishment!
