I stayed at Westin Tokyo for 3 days and it was perfect for our needs. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the bed was fantastic, just as advertised. The hotel went above and beyond when my daughter fell ill, providing extra water and recommending a great medical clinic. The view from our room was excellent, and the location in Ebisu was convenient with a lovely garden center nearby.

The value for money at this hotel was exceptional - we got a spacious and heavenly room, and access to the executive lounge for breakfast, snacks, and evening service. The location in the upscale Ebisu area was perfect, with a beautiful garden center and a convenient train station nearby. The staff went above and beyond, even helping us make reservations at a prestigious sushi restaurant with clear directions.

Breakfast choices could have been more varied.

The hotel had a great location, with easy access to public transportation. It was conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to explore the city. the staff was also friendly and provided quick service. They were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests. Additionally, the room had a great view, offering a pleasant sight during the stay.

The room itself was outdated and in need of renovation. the decor seemed to belong to a different era and did not match the modern and well-maintained public areas of the hotel.

We recently went on a romantic escape in Tokyo and stayed at a hotel that offered us a truly enjoyable experience. the first thing we loved about this hotel was the stunning Tokyo Tower view from our spacious and comfortable room. It added a touch of romance to our stay. Additionally, the hotel's great location near Yebisu station and Mitsukoshi department store made it convenient for us to explore the city and do some shopping. Lastly, the amenities provided in the room, such as the coffee machine and minibar, added to our overall comfort and convenience.

There were a couple of aspects that we were not fully satisfied with. the concierge service was not very knowledgeable and we experienced long waiting times.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I loved the beautifully decorated lobby that added to the festive atmosphere. the service provided was exceptional, as expected in Japan. the accommodations were comfortable and the rooms were fairly spacious. Additionally, I appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, with the train station just a short walk away. There were also plenty of shopping and dining options within walking distance.

One aspect that I didn't like was the difficulty in resolving an issue regarding the special breakfast rate. It was not clearly explained at check-in that the charge would be applied immediately, even if the breakfast was not consumed.

The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The location of the hotel was ideal, close to Yeibusa Garden and just a train stop away from the bustling tourist area.

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to main areas around Tokyo on a covered moving sidewalk. We loved how just across the Ebisu plaza, we could find good restaurants and even a beautiful garden. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff provided top-notch service. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a variety of options. We also enjoyed the stunning view of Mt. Fuji from our room. a fantastic experience!

We did notice that some of the furniture and design in our room seemed a bit outdated.

There were a few drawbacks that we experienced. our check-in took almost thirty minutes and the communication with the front desk staff was definitely lacking.
