Great location near downtown. No daily housekeeping during stay.

The location near the bridge was great for exploring the area. The room layout was convenient with a separate living area and bedroom, and it was clean and comfortable. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful.

There were some issues with the room. The bathroom tile had cracks and sharp edges where it met the carpet, and the shower pan exterior was scratched up.

The double room was perfect for our family and had all the amenities we needed. The entire hotel was clean and well-maintained. The location was ideal, just a short distance from downtown Charleston. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. We especially enjoyed the afternoon social, where the staff member in charge was exceptional.

My room was bigger than expected and had a fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast had numerous choices and was excellent. The location was perfect, just minutes away from downtown Charleston. I would definitely recommend Staybridge Suites and stay here again.

Our stay at Staybridge Suites was amazing. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. We loved how the room was divided into different areas, providing a cozy and functional space. The location of the hotel was perfect with easy access to the bridge and downtown Charleston. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast buffet, one of the best we have ever had. The staff was friendly and the ample parking was a bonus. we had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning to Staybridge Suites in the future.

Housekeeping system needs improvement. Sink in the washroom not working properly.

Convenient location, spacious rooms as shown online, friendly and mask-wearing staff, smooth check-in process. Great hotel, excellent staff, awesome breakfast, ideal for exploring Charleston and Mount Pleasant. Clean rooms, loved the afternoon social. Exceptional service during hurricane evacuation, staff remained calm and accommodating. Like staying at a Disney property.

The accommodations at Staybridge Suites were truly wonderful. The room was spacious and clean, and having a kitchen and sink exceeded my expectations. The free breakfast had a wide variety of food choices, making it the best I've had at a hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. it was a great hotel experience for the price.

The hotel had a great location, just a short distance from downtown Charleston and right across the bridge. the property was clean and well-maintained. Despite an event being hosted, it was quiet and we were not disturbed. the staff was generally pleasant and addressed any issues promptly. We appreciated that breakfast was included in the pricing package and the bathroom lotion/soap dispensers were a nice touch. the bedding and pillows were also comfortable.

There were a few negatives during our stay. the breakfast options were lacking both in variety and temperature.

Not one thing.

This place is great for families and anyone looking for a luxurious stay. It is conveniently located right off the highway and very close to the downtown area. The staff is very friendly and helpful with all your needs. The hotel provides a lot of services like car hire, laundry, tours/ticket assistance, wake-up service and happy hour. The rooms are equipped with everything you need, like tea and coffee facilities, refrigerator, microwave, kitchen utensils and all the other basic amenities. There are also plenty of outdoor activities like swimming pool, sun loungers and beach umbrellas.

I would highly recommend this hotel to families who are looking for luxury and comfort.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the two complimentary offerings provided by the hotel: breakfast and a social in the late afternoon. It was great to have a delicious breakfast to start the day and a dish to snack on in the afternoon. Additionally, I enjoyed the key location of the hotel, just outside the city. It was convenient to cross the bridge and explore Charleston. Another advantage that I appreciated was the reasonable pricing compared to hotels in the city.

One aspect that I disliked about my stay was the lack of housekeeping on weekends. It was disappointing to find out that the room wouldn't be cleaned for two days, and although they mentioned making an early request for cleaning, it would have been better to have regular housekeeping.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenient location near downtown Charleston and the Historic District. The staff was friendly, informative, and responsive. The building was clean and the neighborhood pleasant. Plenty of shops, restaurants, and grocery stores were nearby.

Felt very lucky, no complaints.
