Great location away from hustle yet close to transport. The staff were above and beyond, helping with shuttle bookings and my lost item. Breakfast had a good mix of Western and Japanese options (loved the fresh orange juice! ).

The refrigerator in my room had some issues at first but was promptly replaced. A bit more attention to bathroom details would enhance the stay.

The rooms could use extra space for families, the limited Limo Bus service to Haneda is inconvenient for early departures, and the touch sink faucets need to be simpler to operate!!! It would be better to have a self-laundry facility too!!!

The view of the Tokyo Skytree was stunning at night, and the breakfast buffet offered a diverse range of delicious dishes. The staff was also incredibly helpful and accommodating during my stay.

The noise from the trains passing by at night was quite distracting, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, there were long queues for breakfast, which was frustrating.

i almost woudl ve been tempted to give this hotel a good review, but the room was not clean and the staff were rude. i expected a warm welcome or at least a hint of special treatment for my troubles, yet got none. the noise from tourist groups was unbearable, and it left much to be desired. shame on you!

The carpets in the guest rooms smell unpleasant, could really benefit from better maintenance!!! No hot water for prolonged periods can severely inconvenience guests, especially in winter!!! A self-laundry service would be a welcome addition!!!

The view from our room was simply stunning, and having complimentary water bottles and toiletries restocked daily was a nice touch! I really enjoyed relaxing at the nearby shopping center and the peaceful atmosphere in the evenings. The breakfast options could use a little more variety, but that didn’t take away from everything else we loved. 🌟

The breathtaking view of the Tokyo Skytree from our room made every moment special. The standout feature was the unbelievably friendly staff, who went above and beyond to assist us.

The cleanliness was impressive. and the location couldn't be better. just a few minutes to Kinshicho Station and loads of restaurants around. Breakfast had a good mix of options too.

Completely flawless.

Great location. really nice room with a modern TV setup. loved that I could stream videos from my phone easily without signing in. very close to Kinshicho Station for easy travel around Tokyo.
