The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with private onsen baths. The bathrooms are well-equipped with double sinks and luxurious amenities. The staff provides excellent service, paying attention to every detail. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of delicious options. the hotel ensures a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist us, especially Gan Ting who was fluent in English. Our room had a beautiful view of the bridge and we were thrilled to have our own private hot tub on the balcony. The hotel provided a truly authentic onsen experience. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

Staff provided quick and clear responses via email. They were nice and helped us with our luggage. Room had a nice view of mountains. Onsen options were good, especially the outdoor one. Breakfast was enjoyable, especially the homemade bread.

My xmas stay at this hotel was quite enjoyable. the room was spacious and had a great view of the surrounding mountains. the onsen facilities were fantastic, with a variety of indoor and outdoor options to choose from. It was a great way to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

There were a couple of downsides to my experience. the hotel lacked basic toiletries and amenities, which was quite disappointing.

The food offered here was of excellent quality and dedication, with a wide variety of choices for both dinner and breakfast. The in-house bakery provided a delicious selection of bread for breakfast. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the room amenities, such as the CD player and music CD samples, enhanced the overall relaxing atmosphere.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at Tokachigawa Onsen Daiichi. The room was luxurious and peaceful, with an excellent in-room Onsen bath. The staff, especially Miyo Goshima at the front desk, were incredibly helpful and cheerful.

The breakfast selection could be improved, perhaps by adding more variety to the buffet.

Had a great Easter break at a beautiful hotel with a stunning view. Loved the private onsen in our room and the buffet was really good with lots of choice. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. Great location for exploring the surrounding area and a supermarket was just a short walk away.

we had some trouble with the temperature of the private onsen at first, but the staff were quick to help us figure it out. we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Located in a special place, our highlight stay in Japan. Spa suite with fireplace and private onsen. Access to Premium lounge with welcome drink and free drinks/snacks in evening. Comfortable room with lounge, walk-in robe, bathroom, toilet, shower pre onsen & outdoor onsen. Incredible variety buffet dinner and lovely traditional breakfast. Friendly staff with limited English. Buffet chefs were welcoming. Public onsen facilities looked lovely. Highly recommend a stay here.
