I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were exceptional. I also appreciated the convenience of having a parking lot and easy access to transportation, with the MRT and bus stop right below the apartment. The location was rare for most hotels in this city, as it was conveniently close to the One North MRT station. Additionally, having plenty of food outlets and a grocery store right below the hotel made it very convenient for my particular needs.

Located right on top of the One North MRT station, Citadines Fusionopolis offers convenience for travelers who want easy access to public transportation. The two-level apartments provide plenty of space, with a comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchenette, and a washer/dryer. The glass walls offer panoramic views of the harbor, adding to the overall ambiance. The reception staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Guests can also enjoy a breakfast option, and there are eateries and a supermarket conveniently located nearby.

The elevators in the hotel are exceptionally slow, especially during the mornings, making it inconvenient for guests on higher floors.

The location was spot on, with a tube station nearby, and the shopping area was connected to the hotel which made things convenient. the staff were so nice and accommodating, and the amenities in the room were perfect. We especially loved the washing machine and drying rack, which was a nice surprise. the fact that the staff offered us complementary breakfast and late check-out was the cherry on top of our trip.

The age requirement was not mentioned before our stay which was an inconvenience for us. They required us to go through our parents before we could stay so that added stress to our trip.
