The room was spacious and clean, with a stunning view of the bay. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a free shuttle to Disneyland and a convenient store on the ground floor. The staff were friendly and could communicate in English. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options.

Spacious rooms with great sea views. New hotel with good amenities. Courteous staff. Shuttle service to DisneySea and DisneyLand, as well as from Shin Urayasu station. Great convenience store downstairs for late dinners. Appreciated the thoughtful touches like kids' slippers and differently colored toothbrushes.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by its location. Not right in the Disney area, but still close enough to the action made a perfect spot for me. The room was well-equipped with everything I could need, and the staff was excellent at keeping it clean and tidy. The shuttle service was a lifesaver, making it easy for me to get around the area.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room size was huge, and the decor was updated. The toilet was clean, and the tub was a good size. The hotel is in a beautiful location, with stunning views of the coast from the room. It is still close to the action, making it convenient for exploring the area. The staff were always welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us. We particularly appreciated the complimentary big bottle of water provided daily, as well as the 24-hour Lawson's on the ground floor for late-night snacking and drinks.

Loved this hotel! Perfect 2-night stay for our Disneyland visit. Booked a 'twin room' for 4 people that said it would be prepared with 2 extra 'stacking beds'. Wasn't sure what that meant so was very happy to find 4 full size single beds in the room. Our park view room had an amazing outlook over bay/park/city. Breakfast was a good mix of Western and Japanese, including tasty omelettes made to order. Lovely staff at the restaurant and reception. Shuttle bus was the best service! Used it to Disneyland and to the local train station. Also super handy to have a well-stocked 24-hr Lawsons on ground floor. And the Airport Limousine Bus's 'Bayside Hotel Area' stop is only about 100m from the hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, offering easy access to the Disney area and a picturesque view of the harbor and sea. The hotel provided a free shuttle service to Disneyland, making our trip even more convenient. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our every need was met. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities such as air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also had excellent facilities, including a dining restaurant and a children's play area. this place exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, convenience, and quality service.

The hotel's location near the coast offers breathtaking views of the picturesque Tokyo Bay. The clean and spacious rooms provide a comfortable and relaxing stay. The convenience of a free shuttle bus to Disneyland and the nearby JR station makes getting around easy. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The free shuttle from the hotel to the nearby theme park was convenient, and the staff was helpful with our luggage. the room had a nice view of the bay, and the breakfast had a good variety of dishes.

The location of the hotel was too far out and there wasn't much in the way of dining or entertainment options nearby. the lack of English proficiency among the hotel staff led to some confusion, and the room air conditioning was poorly regulated and difficult to manage.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and provided with plenty of USB ports for charging electronics. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist guests. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options to start your day. Additionally, the hotel provides a mini market open 24 hours for added convenience.

During my stay, there were some rude tourists who did not show respect towards other guests. They were talking loudly in the shuttle bus and placing their large luggage in inconvenient spots.
