The room was clean and spacious, and we even had our own bathroom. The hostel provided toothbrushes, towels, and a hair dryer at the reception desk upon checking in. The staff were friendly and informative, giving us a map of the area and highlighting local amenities. The location was perfect, with multiple subway stations within walking distance and a shopping street nearby. It was also close to a JR train station which made transportation convenient.

Found the cafe "Veloce" across the street, great landmark. Took the convenient Keisei Skyliner Train from Narita Airport. Crossed the street and followed the path to the right. Also visited Tokyo DisneySea®.

the location was perfect, with Okachimachi station just a short walk away. the family room we stayed in with our 11-year-old child was great, as it had its own bathroom. the staff were friendly and went out of their way to provide helpful information. They even gave us a map highlighting nearby amenities. the rooftop laundry facilities were a bonus, with coin-operated washing machines and dryers available. the lounge area on the 7th floor was also convenient, equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and TV. the hostel's proximity to Akihabara, Ueno Park, and the Tokyo Museum made it easy to explore the city. the easy access to the JR Yamanote line for transportation to Tokyo Station and the airport made our travels hassle-free. I would definitely stay at this property again and highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay here. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, as it was close to the subway and train stations, allowing us to easily explore all of Tokyo. We were also just a short walk away from Ameyoko market, which was a great place to visit. we were very pleased with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, and the helpfulness of the staff.

Amazing service, exceptional staff. Superb location near Tokyo National Museum, Ueno Park, and public transport. Helpful in planning activities and finding good places to eat. Family room was perfect for us, staff went above and beyond to assist. Easy access to trains and metro. Helpful with luggage forwarding and contacting other hotels. Comfy bunk beds and pillows. Great location near restaurants.

I had an amazing stay at the newly renovated Ueno Youth Hostel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the JR station and metro station. The staff were so helpful and friendly, always going out of their way to ensure my comfort. The rooms were simple and affordable, exactly what I needed for my budget. I especially loved the lounge area with free tea and guides available. The hostel even provided fresh towels every day and allowed me to store my luggage after check-out. I would definitely choose this hostel again if I return to Tokyo. I highly recommend this hostel for its great location, amiable staff, and affordable prices.

The hostel is conveniently located near the train station and within walking distance to popular attractions like Akihabara. the private rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped with individual bath and toilet facilities. Another advantage is the friendly and English-speaking staff who are helpful and accommodating.

The air conditioning in one of the rooms was malfunctioning and the sofa bed was not prepared upon check-in. However, the staff was quick to respond and the issue was resolved the next day.
