the room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. the location of the hotel was excellent, allowing easy access to all the places of interest in the city. the staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and provided me with all the information I needed during my stay. the breakfast offered at the hotel was amazing with a wide variety of choices. the hotel had great facilities, including a pool and gym, which were of a very good standard.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it easily accessible for travelers. Additionally, it is situated near the Broadway pedestrian zone, providing guests with a vibrant and lively atmosphere.

There have been some issues with the reception staff, who have been described as formal and sometimes inexperienced in handling non-standard requests.

We loved the location of this hotel in the center of the city, it was so convenient for exploring all the attractions. The service here was exceptional, the staff went above and beyond to help us. They even assisted us with some medical issues and the manager led by a superb example of caring and help. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The spa and wellness center was a great place to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing. our experience at this hotel was fantastic.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel offered complimentary hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby, which was a nice touch. the hotel's location near the main attractions and the metro station was very convenient for exploring the area. the room I stayed in had a comfortable bed and a decent view of the city.

I have to say that for the premium price I paid, the hotel was very underwhelming. the facilities were outdated, with cracked tiles and old lifts.

I particularly appreciated their help when I was unsure about the local currency rate and how to obtain local money for shopping. the hotel staff guided me through the process with politeness and attentiveness, ensuring that I had no problems getting cash anymore. the hotel's location was also perfect, as it allowed me to easily visit many of the nearby attractions. I'm very grateful for the hotel's hospitality.
