We were delighted by the close proximity of the hotel to the lake, perfect for our evening adventures. The comfortable rooms and tasty buffet meals were also a highlight. The onsen, while crowded in the evening, was still enjoyable enough for a relaxing soak.

Well-organised breakfast and dinner buffet with good variety, comforting tea soup rice. Special seafood hotpot for 2nd night guests. Last bus missed, cab cost around 3500 yen. Stunning lakeview and surroundings, good standard onsen. Good location on lake front, walking distance to bus terminal. Nice green landscaping, delicious breakfast and dinner. I recently stayed at this lovely hotel by the lake and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay wonderful. They even upgraded my room to a lake view, which was absolutely stunning. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, providing me with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel also had amazing facilities, including an indoor and outdoor hot spring bath with breathtaking views of the garden and the lake. It was truly a rejuvenating experience.

The location of the hotel is great as it is right at the lake, offering beautiful views. Additionally, it is just opposite to the light tunnel, which is a popular winter event and a great spot for taking photos. Moreover, the hotel is very convenient as it is very near to the bus stops, making it easy to explore the area.

The traditional keisei experience was not offered at the hotel, which is a letdown for those seeking an authentic ryokan experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a spacious and comfortable room that exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The location of the spa on the 8th floor offered stunning views of the lake, and being near the onsen was a convenient and relaxing experience. The breakfast spread was delicious and provided a wide range of options to suit all tastes.

We had a lovely stay at the Lakeside Terrace hotel in Toyako. The location was perfect, with a bus stop right opposite the hotel for easy transportation. The room was cozy and well-arranged, and the onsen was a highlight, especially the small outdoor extension with a sulphur spring. The lobby and grounds were beautiful, and the food at the buffet was above average with lots of options. The onsens were also wonderful, with a switch between morning and night for a complete experience. The staff, although limited in English, were helpful and provided guidance when needed. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel seemed quite commercially oriented, as they asked for storage charges for bags after check out, which we found strange. Additionally, the room felt a bit cramped with only one small pillow per bed, and it would have been convenient to have towels in the onsens instead of having to bring them from the rooms.

The hotel has a stunning view of the lake and the food selection was good. the location was convenient and close to some great attractions.

the lack of laundry facilities was inconvenient for a longer stay. not a very satisfying experience.
