the location was perfect, with beautiful surroundings on the harbour and easy access to boardwalk cafes, bars, and breweries. the hotel room, though small, was very comfortable, and we especially loved the window overlooking the inner courtyard. the breakfast was delicious, and we appreciated the take away boxes they provided for carrying our breakfast. They spoke English well and went above and beyond to assist us. the shuttle service to and from Shinagawa station was also a great bonus.

We appreciated the unique amenities, such as the night gown cabinets and small sauna. the free breakfast offered a good variety of dishes, including delicious croissants and different rice options. the hotel also allowed us to securely store our bags before check-in.
