staying at set hotel. residence by teufelhof was fantastic! the room was spacious and clean, perfect for relaxing. i loved how close it was to the city center, just a short walk down the hill. the staff were super friendly and helpful, which really made our stay special. we enjoyed visiting the christmas markets nearby, too!

The location was downright brilliant, right by the tram stop and close to the old city. Loved the clean, spacious room with plenty of light. Only downside? Those dining room chairs were a bit of a pain. Would definitely come back, though!

Our experience was marred by serious check-in issues. We arrived only to find that our room was already occupied, which forced us to trek back to the reception multiple times. Additionally, the room layout left much to be desired. the lighting was impractical and the absence of curtains made for an uncomfortable ambiance, failing to meet our expectations for a premium stay.
