My stay at Via Inn in Tennoji was for two nights while traveling by train the next day. the hotel's proximity to Tennoji Station and the connected Don Quijote were convenient. Security measures, such as key card access in elevators, were reassuring. Staff were friendly, offering luggage storage post-checkout. Breakfast options, with both Japanese and Western choices, were enjoyable. The view from the lobby was stunning, overlooking the city. Cons: Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

I keep returning here for city breaks. Staff found and returned my forgotten earpods, etching gratitude. Free Wi-Fi, 24-hr reception, laundry ease my stay. the rooms, lift, air conditioning, no smoking, and TV here make it perfect.

Ideal for convenient travel with a direct airport train. Receptionist Mr Abe adds to the enjoyable stay. A unique feature includes being connected to Don Quijote on the 5th floor, open 24/7, offering all essentials in one spot at Via Inn.

Fridge required manual power-on. No other complaints.

The hotel is conveniently located next to a large shopping center and within walking distance to some of the city's major attractions. the view from the lobby/restaurant is also stunning. Breakfast offers a choice between Japanese and Western dishes which were both delicious.

Although the hotel is only a 7-10 minute walk from the nearest train station, it can be a hassle for guests with large suitcases as there are no elevators on any of the exits. some amenities require an extra fee which can be a bit of a disappointment.

The location of this hotel is superb, right next to Don Quijote and a short walk away from Abeno Harukas Observatory. I loved the incredible view from the reception area during breakfast. Being close to Tennoji Zoo and a beautiful park was a bonus. The breakfast options, whether Japanese or Western, were delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.
