check-in was absolutely rediculous, the 3pm timing should've been adjusted for us special guests. the pillows felt like rocks, and sleeping was such a chore. it’s beyond me how I didn’t even get upgraded for such severe inconveniences. i almost felt inclined to leave a good review, but just couldn’t. such disappointment.
