There are plenty of food options nearby, including a food court in the neighboring Aeon Mall. the staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English. Another advantage was the proximity to the sightseeing buses, which made exploring the city very easy.

The mattress was too hard and uncomfortable, which made it difficult for those with arthritis or joint issues. Additionally, the bathroom had a high step which was challenging for people with mobility issues or who are shorter in stature.
