During our romantic escape, we had a great experience. the breakfast area was spotlessly clean, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We particularly liked that we were given the option of choosing between a Japanese or Western breakfast. the food was served promptly, and the variety of items changed daily so we didn't get bored. the convenience store located beside the property was a huge convenience, and we loved being within 5-10 minutes walking distance from the metro station and around the corner from Ameri-mura.

If you're not familiar with the location, it would be helpful to have more clear and visible signs to help guide you. while the room size was expected for a hotel in Japan, we found it to be a bit cramped for our liking, and it was a hassle to open our larger pieces of luggage.

The cleanliness of Via Inn is exceptional, with clean towels provided daily. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Shinsaibashi Metro Station and Ameri-mura. The breakfast area is well-maintained, offering a choice between Japanese and Western options. The hotel's environmental-friendly approach, allowing guests to choose when their rooms are cleaned, is commendable. Despite a slow bathtub drain, my overall experience was positive. I highly recommend this hotel.
