The hotel's location in a quiet area near the Kayabacho Metro Station was incredibly convenient. The room, though compact as expected in Tokyo, was perfectly sized for one person. The cleanliness and friendly staff added to the positive experience. Additionally, having a convenience store next door was very handy. I highly recommend this hotel for its value, convenience, and comfortable accommodations.

The breakfast was a letdown with limited local options and unsatisfying international choices. the common areas were not visually pleasing.

We had a great stay at Villa Fontaine Tokyo-Kayabacho! the location was perfect, just a short walk to Kayabacho station and only 2 subway stations away from Tsukiji Market. There's also a Starbucks cafe just a 3-minute walk away. the room may have been small, but it had everything we needed, including heated toilet seat, bidet function, and even memory foam pillows. the breakfast had a good variety of choices every day, and the staff were professional and friendly. We also enjoyed taking a morning stroll along the nearby canal.

The hotel is located in a nice district, away from the hustle and bustle, yet still within easy reach of the tourist areas. I particularly enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and the convenience of being in a financial district.
