Convenient location near Ginza Line. Cheap solution with good value for money. Friendly staff and 24h front desk. Cleanliness, self laundry facilities, 24h vending machine. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room had everything we needed, including a hairdryer, watercooker, and even a TV. The size of the room was initially a concern, but we realized it was actually quite spacious compared to other hotels we stayed at later on. The staff were extremely friendly and spoke English well. Check-in and check-out were fast, and there was a shuttle bus that ran exactly on time. The hotel's location was excellent, with close proximity to subway stations and within walking distance to Coredo Nihonbashi Shopping Center and restaurants. We also appreciated the self-laundry facilities, as well as the 24-hour vending machine for drinks near the reception.

Nothing at all to complain about. Everything was good.

Great price for a clean and comfortable room with friendly staff. Good breakfast, especially for vegetarians. Convenient location with nearby shopping malls and a 24-hour convenience store.

Some cleanliness issues with spots on the furniture, lamp, and floor. Difficult to find the hotel without a street map and not many coffee shops nearby.

The hotel offered a free shuttle to the nearby train station, which was very convenient. the breakfast provided a mix of Japanese and continental options and tasted good. the staff was helpful and spoke English well. the room was comfortably furnished and had a reliable wifi connection.

There were some construction work and nearby buildings that obstructed the view from the window, so the shades had to be kept closed. the location of the hotel was a bit deserted and felt unsafe at night, especially when walking back from the train station.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Tokyo and had a fantastic experience. The best aspects were the cleanliness of the hotel and the helpfulness of the staff who spoke good English. The room was comfortably furnished and larger than expected for Tokyo standards. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near multiple metro stations and just a 15-minute walk from a major train station in the city center. Breakfast was a mix of Japanese and continental options and tasted great.

The only negative aspect was that I couldn't stay longer.

The location, tucked away in a small back alley just off of a main road, was perfect for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The location was perfect, with easy access to Tokyo Station and the TCAT. We were within walking distance of Coredo Nihonbashi Shopping Center and plenty of restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, with a 24-hour front desk. We also appreciated the self laundry facilities and the 24-hour vending machine for drinks and beer near the reception area. The breakfast provided was delicious and varied, offering a mix of Japanese and continental options.

We got excellent value for our money with breakfast included, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel's location was convenient, within walking distance to subway stations and shopping centers. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even when we checked in late at night.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was if they had included some fruit.
