We had an amazing time staying here with our friends. The location is perfect, with a drugstore just a short walk away. We loved being in walking distance of the center of the city, making it easy for us to explore all the shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we particularly enjoyed the private balconies with views of the sea. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options to start our days off right. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I had a fantastic stay at Amerisa Suites & Villa in Fira. The staff was incredibly helpful, providing excellent recommendations and making reservations for us effortlessly. The hotel was surprisingly affordable and offered a great view from the breakfast area. It was also conveniently located, just a short walk into the town center.

The location of this hotel was perfect - close enough to the center of town but far enough away that it wasn't too noisy. The staff was excellent, providing us with helpful maps, directions, and recommendations. The basic amenities and rooms were typical of Greece, with excellent air conditioning and clean showers with good water pressure. The breakfast was also a nice meal, like home-cooked food.

Amazing sunrise views. Waking up early due to jet lag, we were treated to three breathtaking sunrises from the east-facing hotel. The breakfast on the top floor was delicious and the ocean view added to the experience. Convenient location for exploring. The hotel's proximity to Fira town center made it easy for us to visit different sites and beaches. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for its stunning sunrise views, convenient location, and excellent service.

The highlight of our mornings was the nice breakfast with a view on the roof deck, which offered a magnificent view of the Aegean Sea.

The area and staff were mind-blowing! The cleanliness and lovely decor were super impressive. The small pool right outside our door, even though shared, felt like our own personal oasis. The receptionist was nice, and the staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to messages. The location was great, within walking distance to the main street and bus terminal. The little balcony with a view was perfect for relaxing at night. Having a pool to cool off in was jaw-dropping. an amazing stay!

The location is great, just a 5-10 minute walk to the main square of Fira and nestled on a hairpin curve. The staff is very hospitable, always available to address our questions. The room is comfortable with a nice size bathroom. The breakfast is delicious, probably the best I had on my trip.

The hotel is not located facing the Caldera, which may be a drawback for some guests.

Had a wonderful Christmas experience at this hotel. the beds were super comfortable and the room was very cozy. the hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the town, making it easy to walk to all the main attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful, they even had a Christmas tree in the lobby which added to the festive atmosphere.

The bathroom had poor lighting and was a bit cramped. the towels had strange rules and we felt it was better to use our own to avoid any extra charges.

We recently stayed at a great place in Santorini, and our experience at Amerisa Suites & Villa was truly exceptional. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the included breakfast on the rooftop deck was amazing. The views from both the rooms and the pool area were absolutely beautiful. The free parking was a convenient bonus, and the staff, especially Ralitsa, the manager. The short walk to the center of town was enjoyable, and we would definitely stay here again.
