the room was absolutley tiny and stuffy, and I was quite shocked to find no table other than a roud coffee table. breakfast was a deliciously disappointing experience, with limited choices and no replenishment after 9. I can’t believe I didn’t even get a complimentary upgrade for such inconveniences, almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

Room sizes are incredibly cramped!!! It's hard to navigate with luggage, and any extra space for personal belongings is nonexistent. A larger room would have made our stay much more comfortable!!!

i was shocked by how hard the beds were, just like sleeping on a rock. also, the fridge was too tiny, wouldve liked a proper one. to top it off, where was my complimentary upgrade? i almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn’t. who settled for such mediocre treatment in this day and age?

My stay at Hotel Villa Fontaine Tokyo-Otemachi was delightful! The rooms were surprisingly spacious for a Tokyo hotel, allowing me to unpack comfortably. I loved the fast Wi-Fi and appreciated the clean, quiet atmosphere that led to restful nights. Plus, the staff was incredibly friendly, assisting with early check-in and luggage storage, I felt so welcome!

However, I found the breakfast options a bit limited, and the coffee prep space in the room felt quite cramped. The mattress was harder than I prefer, which made for some restless moments. Also, ongoing renovations occasionally disrupted the serene experience I was hoping for.

Centrally located, just one stop from Tokyo Station with plenty of dining options nearby. The room was surprisingly spacious with excellent cleanliness and a great mattress for restful nights.

Great central spot, spacious rooms in a quiet business area, and loved the beautiful cashmere blanket provided!

felt like royalty, no complaint

I was really impressed by how clean and quiet it was there the staff treated me like family and even helped me with my luggage on the last day, which was a lifesaver. Plus, they have free green tea and comfy robes waiting for ya every day.

It wasn’t low-cost but still felt worth it for the service and location.

My experience at Hotel Villa Fontaine Tokyo-Otemachi was frustratingly disappointing. The room was painfully cramped, making it a challenge to even move around with our luggage. Additionally, the breakfast left much to be desired. we reached the dining area late and found the limited options depleted, with no replenishment in sight.

The customer service, the cleanliness, the spaciousness of the room was remarkable.

The hotel's location in Kanda is fantastic, providing a peaceful atmosphere with easy access to dining and public transport. While the room was somewhat small and lacked Wi-Fi, the cleanliness and friendly staff made up for it. Breakfast options were limited, but the quality was good.

This place suits me perfectly, providing free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and luggage storage. On my first stay, the staff kindly assisted with a late departure. I recommend asking for help if needed. I'm coming back for a business trip!

great central spot for exploring amazing parks and landmarks

The hotel was a short, enjoyable walk to both the imperial palace east garden and hibaya park, making it perfect for a weekend of city strolls and sightseeing. plus, it was easy to get around with nearby stations offering quick access to various parts of tokyo.

ok so this hotel is in a super chill area, like totally safe and quiet. theres a ton of good restaurants and small shops nearby, like just a block away! the staff is so nice, helped us with luggage and everything, felt really welcomed. room was actually bigger than i thought for tokyo, clean and comfy to chill in. breakfast was decent too, kinda limited but good quality!

only thing is the wifi was only in the lobby, and the shower was a bit tight for taller people.
