The stay at W Osaka was exceptional in every aspect. the staff, including Erica, Keika, and Sergio, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. the room was beautifully designed and the hotel had a pleasant aroma. the culinary experience was top-notch. the hotel's policies for younger guests were a bit restrictive. the central location near Dotombori was convenient, and the views from the high-floor room were breathtaking. the impeccable housekeeping and concierge service added to the experience, making it one of the highlights of my Japan trip. the facilities, including the spa and indoor swimming pool, offered a perfect opportunity for relaxation, and the nearby landmarks like Osaka Castle and Tsutenkaku provided a great opportunity for family bonding.

Loved the cool vibe of the hotel, staff were top-notch and the location was perfect for shopping and dining. the spa and wellness center offered a fantastic full body massage and a relaxing sauna. the only small downside, some noise from a weekend party at the swimming pool, didn't overshadow the overall awesome experience. 🌟.

Spent Christmas in a hotel with excellent amenities and service! the spacious and uniquely designed rooms made it easy to relax and enjoy our vacation despite being far from our interests. the location was still convenient to reach the shops and main street easily. the breakfast selection was delicious, especially the pastries and the croissants. the pool had great ambiance – perfect for a relaxing evening hangout. they provided bath salts which were great after a long day of exploring.

The service fee and pool access fee were annoying extra expenses that were added on to our bill. the room service drinks were also pricey.
